I'm writing this email, not because of my sister's car accident. But rather because I owe you this email because it has been long overdue.I apologise for it. One sunny day when the car was clean, Irwan and I inspected your work on his car. In fact we thoroughly inspected twice(on different days).And we reached an agreement.

You have done a very very good job. And we are very happy with the repairs. The paint colour matched perfectly with the original colour. The bumper bar and boot adjustment is in perfect alignment and the quality of the paint? I don't have to say anymore, you know the answer.

I think we should be very grateful to know you, because it's not easy to find a smash repairer with good service and does an excellent job. Of course we might think that your location is a bit too far, and sometimes it's a bit inconvenient to leave the car there (for assessment) and catch a train home.

But regardless of that, I think it's worth it. We don't have to worry too much, because you handle our worries and look after us very well. Most importantly, we can sleep well knowing that our car will be in your safe hands.

I remember, as you said before, in the end we are all humans, so it might not be 100% perfect.

But I'll tell you what, you have done better than other human(repairer) can do. You are patient, proud of your work and don't do short cuts. And more importantly, you listen. You listen to what the customer’s request, which makes them happy and satisfied. And of course, it won't happen without your excellent staff. (panel beater and painter).
But still, you are in control, and you are the one who decides whether or not the job has to be
re-done. So once again, the credit goes to you.

As I said before: every time I see an accident, or if anyone asks me for a good smash repairer, I will always recommend them to you, without a doubt.
