• The refinish, as indicated in the schematic on your "Owner's Warranty Agreement", is guaranteed for as long as you continuously own the vehicle.
• The refinish is guaranteed against loss of gloss, Colour changes in excess of the manufacturer's original paint work and major changes to refinished paint work such as cracks, crazes, peels or lifts.
• Damage resulting from vehicle accidents or other accidental contact, fractures, chips, scratches, abrasions and similar damage.
• Any damage resulting from contact with substances not compatible with paint surfaces.
• Damage caused by faults in the original manufacturers paint finish.

In the event of a claim, you should, in the first instance, return your vehicle to the Refinisher who applied the paint. Your car will be assessed by your Refinisher and Spies Hecker to ensure that the claim comes within the conditions of the warranty. If this is the case, we will re-do your repair, at our cost, whether it is a minor fault or a complete resprays.

Paint failure when applied by an experienced Refinisher is most unlikely but, in any event, your vehicle is covered by our warranty for your protection. Remember as soon as you transfer ownership or possession of the vehicle, the warranty ceases to apply. But, until then, you can drive happily in the knowledge that you have a high quality paint refinish that is covered by an exceptionally generous warranty. You can't get better than that.
